Tourist Environmentally Responsible Behavior and Satisfaction; Study on the World’s Longest Natural Sea Beach, Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh

This research was aimed at investigating the environmentally responsible behavior of tourists and their satisfaction with a tourist destination. Moreover, this study examined effects employee service quality, perceived value, environmental commitment destination on loyalty behavior. We used data from (n = 640) who had previously visited world’s longest natural sea beach (Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh). A partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM) method in to evaluate proposed hypotheses. The results suggest that value has significantly positive impact both commitment. Similarly, quality impacts Thus, also substantially affect Cox’s Bazar main contribution involved an investigation mediating using single based relationship theory. Tourist found completely mediate between behavior, as well loyalty. In addition, theoretical managerial implications for were discussed.
